Medicare

As of 2024, we are again accepting new Medicare patients as follows:

​

• Traditional Medicare and supplement, or

• In-network Medicare Advantage plans

​

Commercial Plans (non-Medicare)

We are no longer accepting new patients with non-Medicare commercial plans as we are phasing out our commercial contracts.  We now have a Direct Primary Care Membership option, however, it currently is only open to our existing patients.  We will likely open up our DPC for new patients in the last quarter of 2024.
