Medicare

​​We accept Traditional Medicare and all Medigap/supplement plans only.  
We are no longer accepting any Medicare Advantage plans.

Commercial Plans (non-Medicare)  

We are no longer in-network with any commercial non-Medicare plans.  Non-Medicare patients join us through our Direct Primary Care (DPC) Membership with a flat monthly fee. 

DPC Membership is currently only open to our existing patients as our limited  space allows.  If you're a former Flora Medical patient, you can call our New Patient Coordinator to see if we have space to allow you to return.​
