Lifestyle Change Counseling and Support Group
Lifestyle Change Counseling and monthly support groups are offered to current patients who are interested in losing weight and fighting back against chronic diseases.
We offer hands-on Whole Food Plant Based cooking classes at our clinic. Learn to make quick, healthy and delicious breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Cook and learn how to use Food as Medicine with your doctor and health coach.
Our Pole Walking program is currently on hold during covid-19.
When we are back, we meet Saturday mornings at 8:00AM (7:30AM in the summer months) in the Anderson High School parking lot at the corner of Mesa and Steck Ave. We walk together on the high school track.
Whatever your level of fitness, come and enjoy the many benefits of pole walking.

If you don't already have your own walking poles, we have some loaners you can use to test out. Walking poles are available for purchase, too. Join us! *Participants must sign a waiver before joining in on the fun.
